IS THE LORD CALLING YOU TO RELIGIOUS LIFE? 
We are called and sent into the world to make known the love and kindness of God our Father, revealed in Jesus Christ and to give our lives in service to His people. The mission demands that we be aware of the "evils of our times" (Jules Chevalier) and seek to replace suffering and indifference with generosity and compassion.
The following question may help you determine whether you have a calling to become a Missionary Sister of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus:
1. Do I recognize the love of Jesus Christ as a presence in my own heart and life?
2. Do I reflect that love in my interactions with others?
3. Do I have an interest and commitment in serving others, as the "Heart of God in the World"?
4. Am I prepared to serve others throughout the world, regardless of their faith, culture, and priorities?
5. Am I willing to learn and grow through a journey of discernment, community living, formation, education, and profession?
" Hence, we are sent for missionary work in the fullest sense of the word; in ourselves, at home and abroad, in developed countries…in any place where we are or where obedience may call us. We can be missionaries in all our activities, whatever they may be, in health and in illness, through work, recreation, rest, through the desires and prayers, through the activities of the mind and of the heart, through physical labor and trials of the soul."
